Job Title: Clare Bridge Caregiver

Company: Brookdale Senior Living

Location: Monroe, MI

Pay: $16 – 16.88 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $16.88 for the “Clare Bridge Caregiver” role in Monroe, MI, is generally considered to be within the lower to mid-range of industry standards for caregiver positions, particularly in assisted living facilities and senior care. According to various salary surveys, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or those in rural areas, it may not attract experienced caregivers or those with specialized training, especially in a larger market or urban area. Therefore, the offered rate may need to be evaluated against benefits and job stability to ascertain its overall competitiveness.
