Job Title: Clare Bridge Caregiver

Company: Brookdale Senior Living

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $15 – 17.73 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17.73 per hour for a Clare Bridge Caregiver in Lansing, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum, particularly given the increasing cost of living and rising wages in the healthcare sector. According to industry reports and local data, caregiver positions typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and specific market conditions. In Michigan, particularly in areas like Lansing, wages have been trending upward due to increased demand for caregiving services. Thus, while this rate is within the acceptable range, it may not attract the most qualified candidates, especially as greater competition for skilled caregivers intensifies.
