Job Title: Clare Bridge Caregiver

Company: Brookdale Senior Living

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $16 – 17.73 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $17.73 for a “Clare Bridge Caregiver” in Ann Arbor, MI, is generally competitive, but it may vary based on specific responsibilities, experience, and certifications. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan tend to range from around $13 to $20 per hour, with various factors influencing pay, such as the type of care provided (e.g., memory care), the employer, and demand in the area. Given that Ann Arbor is a relatively urban area with a higher cost of living, this pay range falls within the lower to mid-level spectrum of industry standards, meaning it may be appealing for entry-level caregivers but somewhat limiting for more experienced professionals in the field seeking higher wages. Overall, while the rate is competitive, there may be room for improvement to attract seasoned caregivers in the area.
