Schedule Details:

  • 85% of driver routes allow for daily home return.
  • Standard schedule consists of 4 days per week at 12 hours each day.
  • Saturday deliveries are often required.
  • Vacations may necessitate coverage for some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company trucks to customers, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Efficiently unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing items in designated storage areas.
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Handle collections and customer payments as applicable.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client experiences.
  • Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product during each shift.
  • Comfort with driving and working in varying weather conditions, including frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of legal residence, complete with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, is mandatory.
  • Candidates should possess a minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months within the food and/or beverage delivery sector.
  • Proficiency in operating manual transmission is preferred and may be required in certain locations.
  • Candidates must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, which includes engaging in conversations, understanding highway traffic signs, responding to official inquiries, and entering information accurately in reports.
