Job Description
Job Title: Class A Truck Driver
Company: US Foods
Location: Willoughby, OH
Pay: $18.95 – 19.95 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.95 – $19.95 for a Class A Truck Driver in Willoughby, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of 2023, truck drivers in Ohio typically earn between $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, type of haul, and company benefits. While this rate may attract entry-level drivers, it may not be competitive enough to retain experienced drivers in a tight labor market, particularly for long-haul or specialized routes. Therefore, to align more closely with industry standards and attract quality candidates, the compensation may need to be adjusted upward.
