Our Delivery Drivers earn $24.08 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to $26 per hour after 90 days. Additionally, you can transition to component pay upon completion of training. Work Schedule:

  • 4-day work week, Monday to Friday (with Wednesday off)
  • Start time between 3 AM and 5 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully operate delivery trucks, ensuring timely and safe deliveries to customers
  • Efficiently unload products using equipment such as dollies or pallet jacks and place them in designated storage areas
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries with customers and secure required signatures
  • Manage collections and payments from customers as necessary
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client relationships
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull between 20 to 80+ lbs repeatedly during each shift
  • Comfort driving and working in various weather conditions, with frequent stops (typically 10+ per shift)

Qualifications:

  • Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid Class A CDL issued by your state of residence, along with the necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
  • At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in the food and beverage delivery sector
  • Preference for candidates experienced in operating manual transmissions, which may be required in certain locations
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, including understanding highway traffic signs and responding to inquiries
