Schedule Details:

  • 85% of driver routes allow for daily home return.
  • Typical scheduling is 4×12.
  • Saturday deliveries may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely navigate trucks to customer locations while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Efficiently unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated storage areas.
  • Ensure delivery accuracy through verification with customers and secure required signatures.
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when necessary.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift.
  • Comfort with driving and working in adverse weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.*
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, including the necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, is essential.
  • A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry; or three months of experience in the food and/or beverage delivery sector is required.
  • Preference for candidates capable of operating a manual transmission; this may be mandated in specific locations.
  • Proficient in reading and communicating in English, including the ability to engage in conversation, interpret highway traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete documentation.
