We are seeking qualified CDL-A Drivers to join our team, with a generous $12,000 retention bonus available. Schedule:
- 85% of Driver routes allow for daily home return.
- Typical schedule consists of 4×12 shifts.
- Saturday deliveries are often required.
- Vacation coverage may involve some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers within scheduled delivery times.
- Unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing items in designated customer storage areas.
- Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
- Manage collections and payments from customers as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in adverse weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Qualifications:
- Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of residence, with all necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry OR three months of commercial driving experience specifically in the food and/or beverage delivery industry is required.
- Preference for candidates who can operate a manual transmission; this may be required for certain locations.
- Proficient in English, capable of conversing, interpreting highway traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and entering information on reports and records.

Compensation is contingent upon relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, job function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The anticipated base pay for this role ranges from $25.55 to $28.55 per hour.
