Days: Saturday and Sunday Only
Time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $15.50 per hour

Job Summary:
The School Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas within the facility.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
  • Adhere to procedures for the safe usage of chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Report the need for minor or major repairs to management.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set forth by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment.
  • Move cabinets, boxes, and furniture to facilitate cleaning, utilizing hand trucks as necessary.
  • Clean interior partition glass, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
  • Wash and replace blinds as needed.
  • Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas.
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, and snow removal.
  • Wipe and clean tables, chairs, and equipment in food service areas.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
