Job Title: Cleaning Service Partner-Ottawa

Company: ServiceMaster

Location: Ottawa, OH

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $15 for the role of “Cleaning Service Partner” in Ottawa, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the national scale for cleaning services, particularly in light of rising wages in service industries. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for similar positions in Ohio typically ranges from $13 to $18, depending on factors such as experience, the complexity of tasks, and employer benefits. While this rate might be competitive for entry-level positions or areas with lower living costs, it may not attract skilled workers or those seeking stable, long-term employment, especially given the increasing demand for higher wages across the service sector. Overall, the compensation could be viewed as less competitive compared to industry standards, particularly in urban areas or states with higher living expenses.
