Position Summary

  • Housekeeping: Execute housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning patient and common area furniture. Responsible for waste removal and other related tasks as assigned.
  • Safety: Employ protective gear as required and ensure the safe mixing and application of cleaning solutions, adhering to safety standards and guidelines. Timely reporting of maintenance needs or equipment issues is essential.
  • Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and timely completion of assigned cleaning duties, responding to paging requests promptly.
  • Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively by following instructions and engaging courteous interactions with supervisors, coworkers, and client staff.
  • Resident Experience: Engage in positive, pleasant, and tactful communication with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, performing routine tasks diligently.
  • After completing appropriate training, exhibit leadership skills in fulfilling responsibilities independently while ensuring safety.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
