Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Execute housekeeping duties which include dusting, damp mopping, cleaning, and sanitizing various areas, such as bathrooms, patient rooms, and communal spaces. Dispose of trash and undertake additional related tasks as assigned.
• Safety: Apply protective gear consistently and responsibly, mix and utilize cleaning solutions safely, report equipment needs or malfunctions, meet quality and safety standards, and adhere to infection control and handwashing protocols.
• Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance, arrive on time, and complete assigned areas on schedule while responding promptly to paging requests.
• Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively by adhering to instructions and collaborating courteously with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
• Resident Interaction: Engage thoughtfully and kindly with residents, staff, and guests.

Qualifications

• Possess a positive attitude and the capability to follow both oral and written instructions, performing routine tasks consistently.
• After training, demonstrate leadership skills to fulfill all responsibilities autonomously while ensuring safety.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
