AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a “Cleaning Specialist” in Howell, MI, it would be essential to compare it with the typical industry standards and local market rates. As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, cleaning specialists generally earn between $12 and $20 per hour in Michigan, depending on factors like experience, specific duties, and whether the position is residential or commercial. If the offered rate falls within or exceeds this range, it can be considered competitive. Additionally, local economic conditions, demand for cleaning services, and any benefits or incentives offered should also be taken into account when assessing competitiveness.
