Position Summary

• Housekeeping: Execute cleaning duties including dust and damp mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms and patient room furnishings, and responsibly disposing of waste.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols when utilizing protective gear and cleaning solutions, while reporting any equipment or product issues to supervisors promptly.
• Punctuality: Ensure reliable attendance and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Customer Interaction: Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
• Resident Engagement: Maintain positive and respectful communications with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions, performing routine tasks consistently.
• Leadership skills to execute responsibilities independently post-training and without compromising safety.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
