Responsibilities:
– Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, encompassing the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
– Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
– Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
– Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to guarantee a sanitary environment.
– Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
– Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to execute daily responsibilities.
– Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
– Capacity to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and push/pull the same weight, as well as the ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
– Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
– Capability to work around cleaning products.
– Proficient in following both oral and written instructions, and consistently completing routine tasks.
– Residency within the service area is required.
