Responsibilities:
- Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure the appropriate cleaning and sanitation of all spaces, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to complete daily tasks.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
- Physically capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling a maximum of 50 pounds, and standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
- Comfortable working around cleaning products.
- Capacity to follow both oral and written instructions diligently.
- Residency within the service area is required.
