Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the appropriate cleaning and sanitation of all spaces, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to complete daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
  • Physically capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling a maximum of 50 pounds, and standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Capacity to follow both oral and written instructions diligently.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
