Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas in accordance with established policies and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, reporting maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control procedures and universal safety precautions to promote a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Complete additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership are essential.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Physical capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Willingness to work with cleaning products.
  • Proficient in following both oral and written instructions.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
