Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all spaces in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests while delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership in the completion of daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and execute routine, repetitive tasks daily.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
