Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping duties, which include cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are adhered to following established safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to sustain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and effective communication skills are essential for interaction with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, as well as to push or pull 50 pounds; must be capable of standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Must have the ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Proficiency in following both oral and written instructions is necessary, as well as performing daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
