Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain meticulous records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to foster a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, administration, and HCSG leadership in order to execute daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is essential.
  • Physical capability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Comfort in performing routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Ability to work safely around cleaning products.
  • Proficient at following both oral and written instructions.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
