Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure compliance with established cleaning and sanitation procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control measures and universal precaution policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, although not required.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Acclimatization to working around cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
