Position Summary
– Housekeeping: Perform various cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms and patient room furniture, and disposing of trash, among other assigned tasks.
– Safety: Utilize protective gear, responsibly mix and use cleaning solutions, and adhere to safety standards. Report equipment and product needs to supervisors promptly and ensure compliance with infection control measures.
– Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance, arrive on time, and complete cleaning tasks according to schedule. Respond to the paging system promptly.
– Customer Experience: Reflect HCSG’s values by following instructions and cooperating with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
– Resident Experience: Interact positively and tactfully with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications
– Maintain a positive attitude and follow both oral and written instructions while performing routine tasks.
– Complete appropriate training and demonstrate leadership skills to fulfill responsibilities independently while ensuring safety.
– A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
– Consistently arrive at work as scheduled and on time.
