Job description:
Workforce PayHub, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified candidate who excels in multi-tasking and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to process payroll, manage timekeeping, and oversee their human resource systems. You will become an integral member of our clients’ teams by ensuring their employees are compensated accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain and update client employee information.
– Serve as the primary contact for a designated group of clients, processing payroll through our timekeeping system and human resource database.
– Communicate with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to facilitate or assist with payroll processing.
– Make necessary adjustments to client account setups as needed.
– Prepare client payrolls for pickup or shipping.
– Assist with the transition of new clients to our services.
– Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.

– Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including HR, accounting staff, consultants, and managers.
– Keep management informed of relevant area activities and information.
– Assist in the ongoing analysis of data to meet information needs effectively.
– Complete Payroll Operations goals and tasks within established timelines.
– Maintain data and system integrity.
– Conduct payroll functions in accordance with established policies and related legal requirements.
