Summary
The Client Services Analyst II plays a vital role in the daily, weekly, and monthly delivery processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables across multiple product lines. This position is centered on identifying, implementing, and managing process improvement initiatives that deliver substantial value to our clients. The successful candidate will possess strategic thinking capabilities while executing tactically, demonstrating a strong focus on the customer, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Furthermore, the Client Services Analyst II will ensure that each client’s quality expectations are consistently met through proactive process and data reviews and analysis. This individual will also be responsible for leading efforts in mailing, revenue, and process optimization.
Your Role in Our Mission
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
- Develop a technical understanding of the solution features provided to clients.
- Utilize available tools, reports, and metrics to conduct proactive first-level analyses and maintain awareness of delivery statuses.
- Build and foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with technology and project teams to comprehend the business implications of the data to properly QA any client deliverables.
- Establish integral connections with client systems to guarantee data alignment between Gainwell and customer specifications.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving synchronization between client systems and ensuring alignment.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, operations, clinical teams, and others to deliver our product offerings and services appropriately.
- Facilitate initiatives that support recovery conversion in accordance with client objectives.
- Monitor and proactively advocate for improvements related to key performance indicators (KPIs) including Medical Receipt rate, fallout management, and client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee revenue cycle management activities.
- Track and assess client services operations, ensuring timely completion of duties through appropriate follow-up.
- Prepare reports detailing account status and analyze performance-related data.
- Maintain technical expertise in the various solution features delivered to clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of client service experience.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, reporting, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
- A strong ability to analyze data and leverage logical processes to address work-related challenges and opportunities.
- Proven capacity to create and translate client-specific processes for both non-technical and technical audiences.
- Excellent attention to data quality, with an emphasis on data reconciliation across various sources or platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive demeanor paired with strong communication skills, maintaining a friendly and professional approach to client interactions.
- Ability to build effective relationships within and across internal teams to successfully implement cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Keen attention to detail and thoroughness.
