In this role, you will interact with clients, prospective clients, and visitors to create a welcoming atmosphere while facilitating client scheduling. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Warmly greet all clients and visitors, maintaining a positive demeanor, and assist with all reasonable requests.
– Professionally handle incoming calls, providing accurate and pertinent information while directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members, minimizing any disruption to existing clients.
– Accurately process client transactions by selecting the appropriate service/product codes and tendering.
– Proactively manage scheduling activities, including advance bookings, minimizing wait times, optimizing schedules, ensuring service accuracy, appointment ticket accuracy, and confirming appointments.
– Support the styling team through scheduling assistance, documentation, communication of appointment changes, retail/service add-on sales, and various administrative tasks.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a fast-paced guest service environment.
– Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or other business software is preferred.
– Ability to communicate professionally and in a timely manner with all company personnel.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Capability to work effectively under time constraints and pressure.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Possess a professional image.
