Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Club Attendant to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will serve as the face of our restaurant, embodying exceptional service and ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience that keeps them coming back for more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, and floors.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Clear dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables as required.
  • Keep the food and beverage area well-stocked and tidy.
  • Report to management upon arrival to receive daily duties and station assignments.
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings to stay informed about service, food and beverage offerings, and guest notes.
  • Attend to the needs of guests promptly.
  • Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work tasks as assigned to ensure all areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, organized, and functional.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong communication skills.
