Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Club Attendant to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, and floors.
– Communicate effectively with guests and maintain a friendly demeanor.
– Clear dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables as needed.
– Ensure the food and beverage areas are well-stocked and clean.
– Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments.
– Participate in pre-shift briefings, noting important information related to service, food and beverage offerings, and guest requirements.
– Attend to the needs of guests promptly and courteously.
– Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring that all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and in working order.
Qualifications:
– Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to standard business hours.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
