Job Title: Club Bartender, Comerica Park

Company: Delaware North

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $15.2 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15.20 for a Club Bartender position at Comerica Park in Detroit, MI is generally below the average pay for bartenders in the area and industry. As of 2023, bartenders in Detroit typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, venue, and tips, with those in upscale or high-traffic locations often earning more due to gratuities. Given the venue’s nature as a sports and event arena, where tips can be substantial, the base wage of $15.20 may not be competitive, particularly for experienced bartenders. Therefore, while this rate might meet minimum wage requirements, it could be perceived as inadequate for attracting skilled candidates in a busy, service-oriented role.
