AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a CMM Technician in Macomb, MI, we should consider the current industry standards and local economic conditions. Typically, CMM Technicians in the Midwest, particularly in manufacturing hubs like Michigan, can expect hourly rates ranging from $20 to $35, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific industry sectors (automotive, aerospace, etc.). If the rate you have falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry expectations. However, if it’s significantly lower, it may not attract sufficiently skilled candidates. To provide a more precise evaluation, knowing the specific hourly rate offered would be necessary.
