WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

– Participate in daily nursing reports and meticulously document important observations.
– Assist residents with personal hygiene, repositioning, and transporting as necessary.
– Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions, making independent decisions when appropriate.
