Role Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Assistant at Trilogy, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Acquiring new skills and increasing your earnings through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program
- Engaging in daily nursing reports and accurately documenting notes
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene activities, including turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions, making informed decisions when necessary
