Company: SKLD Zeeland

Location: Zeeland, MI

Pay:

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a “CNA-Driver-Part-time” role in Zeeland, MI, we need to compare it against the average pay for similar roles in the region. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) generally earn between $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific job duties, while driver positions may have varying rates based on the required driving qualifications and responsibilities. Zeeland’s cost of living is relatively moderate, so rates on the lower end of this pay scale may still attract candidates, especially for part-time roles. Overall, if the offered hourly rate falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive; however, any substantial deviation could suggest a need for adjustment to attract qualified candidates in the local market.
