Job Description
Job Title: CNC Operator
Company: Vector Technical
Location: Wickliffe, OH
Pay: $18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for a CNC Operator in Wickliffe, OH, is generally below the average wage for such positions within the region and industry. Typically, CNC Operators in Ohio earn between $20 and $25 per hour depending on experience, skills, and employer size, with more specialized roles commanding higher pay. While entry-level positions may offer pay closer to $18, experienced operators can expect to earn significantly more, indicating that this rate may be less attractive for skilled workers in the field. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it is not competitive for experienced CNC Operators, potentially making it challenging for employers to attract qualified candidates.
