Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking enthusiastic and attentive seasonal Cocktail Servers to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Cocktail Server, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience through exceptional service and care in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate drink specials, respond to questions regarding available beverages, and take beverage orders
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by requesting proper identification and adhering to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system for Bartenders to prepare
• Collect drink orders when ready and deliver them to guests
• Monitor and follow up with guests to ensure their service needs are met
• Process payments or direct customers to the cashier

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Ability to work swiftly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
• Basic math skills
• No prior experience or diploma is required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds
• Sufficient visual acuity and hearing to take orders and prepare bills
