Job description:
As a valued member of our team, the Coffee Barista plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that Coborn’s, Inc. is known for by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. Key responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, accurately entering their orders into the register, processing payments, and expertly preparing all beverage and food items according to each guest’s request. A comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings is essential, as the Barista will be expected to answer guests’ inquiries effectively. Proficiency in operating all coffee shop equipment and a thorough understanding of beverage recipes are vital components of this role.
