ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Coffee Sales Advisor who will thrive in showcasing the latest advancements in brewing technology to enhance the coffee experience.

Position Overview
This role is part of a nationwide sales and promotional campaign operating in select flagship houseware retailers, including Sur La Table, Williams Sonoma, Macy’s, and Bloomingdale’s. As an in-store expert, you will consult with customers and conduct live demonstrations to illustrate the many reasons why Nespresso brewing products are considered the best on the market.

What You Will Do
– Be an ambassador for Nespresso by sharing your passion for our brand
– Create memorable experiences for customers by offering tastings, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations
– Utilize your coffee expertise to drive sales and machine registrations
– Highlight Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling initiatives with confidence
– Train store associates to effectively communicate Nespresso product information
– Navigate the Nespresso Trade App to facilitate seamless purchases and orders
– Maintain a clean and hygienic demonstration area
– Build positive relationships with store leaders and associates
– Provide valuable feedback by completing surveys after each shift, including insights and photos
