Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a select portfolio of premium Commercial Lines clients, offering tailored strategic advice and delivering high-quality service.
- Streamline departmental workflows to drive operational excellence, enhance efficiency, and achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Commercial Lines in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless execution of processes.
- Identify and seize growth opportunities, including cross-selling and expanding coverage options to offer comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Advocate for agency objectives by leading initiatives to achieve performance milestones while maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Enhance the client service experience to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
- Analyze monthly performance reports, utilizing insights to inform strategic decision-making and align with departmental objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with insurance carriers to further the agency’s interests and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Foster a high-performance team culture, inspiring and empowering team members toward shared success through strong leadership.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and training to optimize the use of the agency management system and carrier platforms.
- Contribute to staffing decisions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to develop a competent team.
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed to promote success across the department and the organization.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance with a proven record of achievement.
- An active MA P&C License (Property & Casualty).
- Proficiency in Applied Epic is highly desirable.
- A self-motivated and accountable mindset, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A collaborative, team-oriented focus on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
