Your journey will commence with extensive, award-winning training designed to equip you with the skills necessary to manage day-to-day route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning. For each customer interaction, you will aim to understand their concerns and take the appropriate steps to resolve them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Complete our award-winning training program to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to serve our customers effectively.
– Prioritize safety in all tasks and responsibilities.
– Adhere to a route schedule and daily operations within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and secure arrival at each customer site.
– Operate a company vehicle responsibly and maintain cleanliness of both the vehicle and equipment.
– Conduct yourself with the highest level of professionalism and integrity when engaging with customers and coworkers.
– Act as a problem solver for customers by empathetically listening to their needs and leveraging Orkin Pro expertise to recommend the most efficient and innovative solutions.
– Meet with customers in their residences or businesses to explain the actions taken, confirm satisfaction, and discuss additional services that provide peace of mind regarding pest management.
– Inspect both the interior and exterior of the customer’s property—training will be provided.
– Effectively communicate with customers to clarify actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss further services that could enhance their pest management strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

– A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
– A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Work Environment:
