Key Responsibilities
As a Community Event Specialist, you will:
- Plan & Execute Events: Coordinate on-site events, group activities, and resident gatherings that promote community engagement and elevate the Senior Star® experience.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to forge enriching partnerships and attract potential residents.
- Marketing Outreach: Host referral luncheons, present marketing materials, and support leasing strategies to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy.
- Engage Residents: Partner with residents and ambassadors to showcase the vibrancy of the community.
- Administrative Excellence: Monitor event performance, manage budgets, and maintain up-to-date records in Yardi and other systems.
