The Community Integration Service Supervisor (CIS) plays an essential role in providing high-quality support services. This position encompasses both direct support and administrative responsibilities. CISs deliver a broad range of person-centered services to individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them to make informed choices through education, experience, and exposure. They model, teach, and advocate for individuals to help them achieve independence, participate fully in society, protect their civil and human rights, and promote their potential as contributing community members. Additionally, the Community Integration Service Supervisor collaborates with the Director to oversee day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and the delivery of high-quality supports.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage CIS schedules, ensuring appropriate staff-to-client ratios.
– Provide on-call support for staff emergencies and deliver CIS services during staff absences.
– Review staff attendance to ensure accurate payroll accounting and billing for individuals receiving support.
– Oversee the planning and execution of daily program activities for participants.
– Create and maintain group calendars, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

– A minimum of one year of experience in the developmental disabilities field is required; experience supporting children with complex needs is preferred.
