Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to join our expanding team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building, enhancing, and managing our communities. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with community members, soliciting feedback, providing support, and fostering engagement. Collaboration with residents and onsite maintenance will be essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection of rent, leasing of vacant apartments, and recertification of residents.
- Manage invoicing processes including uploading and approving invoices.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reporting.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management is required, with knowledge of LIHTC, RD, HUD, and Fair Housing regulations being essential.
- Familiarity with Yardi and Right Source is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in community management, social media, or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in community management tools and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A comprehensive understanding of the target audience and a genuine passion for the brand’s mission.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to evaluate community engagement and feedback is advantageous.
