Job Title: Community Outreach Assistant – Entry Level

Company: Amplified Connections, Inc.

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $600 per week

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $600 per week translates to approximately $15 per hour, assuming a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. For an entry-level Community Outreach Assistant in Columbus, OH, this rate is somewhat below the national average, which typically ranges from $16 to $22 per hour depending on experience and specific duties. While cost of living in Columbus is relatively lower than in larger cities, this pay may not be competitive, especially considering the increasing demand for community engagement professionals and the necessity of skills often associated with outreach roles. Therefore, it may be beneficial for employers to reassess their compensation packages to attract and retain talent effectively.
