Caregiver Job Responsibilities Include:
– Providing caring companionship and engaging conversation.
– Assisting with incidental transportation.
– Conducting errands and shopping.
– Facilitating in-home support.
– Performing light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
– Offering specialized care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients, as well as those with ALS and Parkinson’s.
– Assisting with bathing, incontinence, and personal care.
– Supporting transfer assistance using Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Requirements to be a Successful Candidate:
– Must be compassionate, reliable, friendly, and patient.
– Completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and DMV record check is required.
– Must have reliable transportation.
– Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration are necessary.
– Current TB test (can be arranged after the interview).
– Punctuality and reliability are essential for all shifts.
