Job Title: Compassionate HHA Needed
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Waynesfield, OH
Pay: $14 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a “Compassionate HHA Needed” role in Waynesfield, OH, is generally below the national average for home health aides, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on location and experience. In Ohio, home health aides earn about $15 to $18 per hour on average, with higher wages often seen in urban areas or for positions requiring specialized skills. Therefore, while the offered rate may appeal to entry-level candidates or those new to the field, it may be considered uncompetitive for more experienced professionals who have the option to seek better compensation elsewhere. Overall, it may limit the pool of qualified applicants in the region.
