Job Title: Concession Stand Lead | Part-Time | Lansing Lugnuts (Jackson Field)

Company: Oak View Group

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for the role of “Concession Stand Lead” at the Lansing Lugnuts is fairly competitive, albeit on the lower end of the industry standard for similar part-time positions within sports venues and event management in Lansing, MI. According to local wage data and hospitality industry averages, concession stand leads typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the specific responsibilities involved. While this pay range reflects a reasonable starting point for entry-level or less experienced candidates, it may not be as attractive for those with significant experience, especially in a role that can entail considerable responsibility during events. Overall, while the rate is aligned with minimum expectations for such positions, it could be enhanced to attract a broader pool of qualified candidates.
