  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality food to the club lounge, presented well, and organized in line with brand and company standards.
  • Coordinate special events or projects as assigned.
  • Assist guests in resolving issues related to hotel services.
  • Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
  • Stay informed of daily functions, VIPs, and other special events related to the hotel.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions and assist in arranging tours.
  • Familiarize with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology.
  • Understand and participate in emergency procedures as required.
  • Operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system effectively.
  • Maintain attentiveness, friendliness, and courtesy towards all guests, managers, and employees.
  • Utilize proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with colleagues.
  • Attend meetings as required by management.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.
