GardaWorld Security Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Concierge Security Officer. In this role, your ability to forge meaningful connections will be paramount. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will prioritize exceptional customer service while interacting with individuals across various shifts in diverse environments, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various customer service tasks, including welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and providing guidance.
  • Manage access control to ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Inspect security equipment and report maintenance requirements.
  • Respond effectively to incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate responses with emergency services.
  • Address inquiries from individuals in person or via phone.
  • Document incidents and communicate any security-related concerns.
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening process is required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
  • Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver’s license is necessary.
  • A state license is required if applicable.
