We are currently on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) team, working specifically with our Work Dynamics Financial Services account. Our priorities include:

What the role involves:
As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will play an essential role in supporting a construction project management team tasked with executing complex projects for a financial services client. Your proactive mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies will significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. Your passion for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion will help you support your team in delivering impactful and transformative projects.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate clear communication among team members, project stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring timely updates and clarity on project developments.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Oversee compliance with vendor agreements concerning fees and operational processes.
- Review and process project budgets, vendor proposals/bids, change orders, and invoices within our financial systems.
- Assist vendors and clients with inquiries regarding Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and invoicing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery, boosting overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with operations to create presentations, training materials, playbooks, guides, and other project deliverables, utilizing project management technology and tools as needed.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred.
- 0 – 2 years of relevant practical experience.
- Previous experience in accounting, construction, or real estate support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with exemplary customer service and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals across various projects to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Teams and Zoom.
- A keen interest in the commercial real estate industry and property management, with a desire to gain comprehensive experience across different facets of Commercial Real Estate.
- A detail-oriented, organized, and innovative mindset, paired with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
