This Cincinnati-based general contracting firm, with over 50 years of industry presence, is seeking a Project Manager to join their esteemed team. – Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full scope of work, encompassing plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittals, and other project requirements.
– Coordinate subcontractors and oversee on-site production to ensure project progress.
– Prepare and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule for all site activities, and submit this to the Project Manager and/or Prime Contractor on a weekly basis.
– Facilitate the implementation of the company safety program, including job site safety inspections and weekly safety meetings.
– Maintain daily reports to be submitted to the Project Manager and/or Prime Contractor each day.
– Review and adhere to the established project schedule to ensure timely completion.
– Document project progress with photographs capturing all phases and features of the work.
– Maintain a clean and orderly job site, ensuring the application of good housekeeping practices in all areas.
– Manage quality control by verifying that all installed equipment and materials meet the specifications submitted by subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
