Role Description
– Develop and support relationships with distributors and electrical contractors, with an emphasis on securing projects within the construction channel.
– Enhance market presence and channel support in the designated region to achieve market share growth.
– Leverage SieSales to identify and forecast contractor opportunities effectively.
– Provide product support across a range of offerings, including but not limited to panelboards, switchboards, medium voltage gear, lighting panels, low voltage switchgear, busway, motor control centers, molded case circuit breakers, IEC/NEMA control, safety switches, and residential products.
– Create and maintain a robust business plan by developing a healthy sales pipeline through identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing the existing customer base.
– Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts, focusing on enhancing revenue retention and growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Establish and nurture long-term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners, and channel stakeholders.
You will impress us with the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree (a combination of education and directly related work experience may be considered).
– A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with LV/MV power distribution products or 5+ years of relevant experience.
– Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
– A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
– Proven experience in selling to local electrical contractors is essential.
– At least 5 years of sales experience with LV/MV power distribution products is preferred.
